Position

The Christian position cannot be separated from Christian practice, but a distinction must be made. "Position" means how God sees us now. In the eyes of God, we are "in Christ". This makes us eternally secure (Rom 8:1). God no longer sees us as sinners but as his children. As those who have been made perfect by God (Heb 10:14), we should show this in our daily lives (practice). Unfortunately, our practical life does not always correspond to our position (for example, when we sin).
