Appearing

After the Rapture and at the end of the 7-years-long tribulation period, the Lord Jesus will appear, i.e., he will come visibly to earth. He will judge the enemies and usher the faithful remnant into the 1000-year kingdom of peace. It is the coming of the Lord with the believers (whereas Rapture is for the believers). The Lord will come on the clouds of heaven in the glory of his Father and with his angels and will set his feet on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem. His appearance will be like lightning (1 Thess. 3:13; 2 Thess. 1:7 ff.; 2:8; Zech. 14:4; Mt. 16:27; 24:27; 26:64).
