Eternal life

Eternal life is more than life without end. Eternal life is the highest conceivable quality of life. It is life in abundance (John 10:10). Christ himself is the true God and eternal life (1 John 5:20). Christ is our life (Col 3:4). God gave his Son so that we might have this life (Jn 3:16). This enables us to recognize God and his Son and to have fellowship with divine persons (John 17:3).
