Hell

"Place" prepared for the devil and his angels (demons) (Mt 25:41), but into which everyone whose name is not written in the Book of Life will also be thrown (Rev 20:15). The lake of fire (hell) is a place of torment that signifies the final and eternal separation from God. This is why it is also referred to as the "second death" (Rev 20:14).
