Overcomer

This is the name given to those who do not allow themselves to be influenced by the particular dangers and abuses that the Lord has to denounce in the midst of Christianity but who faithfully adhere to God's thoughts in the midst of an environment characterized by deviations from them (for example, Revelation 2:7). Those who are born again overcome this wicked world by the very possession of New Life (1 John 5:4,5).
