Pastor

Just as a shepherd cares for the needs and food of his sheep, the shepherd/pastor in the spiritual realm cares for the needs and concerns of the believers: Nourishment, consolidation of souls in truth and grace, correction, alignment of the soul with Christ, etc. It is another term for care for the souls. Pastor is one of the gifts the Lord provides for the edification of His church (Eph 4:11).
